Fabric destined for white shirting and pure bleached lots is treated to remove natural impurities, giving a clean, even base shade.
Lots requiring colour are dyed to match approved shade cards, with consistent batching so repeat orders match earlier deliveries.
Every lot is checked by hand for weight (GSM), weave tightness and shade uniformity — the same checks noted on each fabric listing.
Fabric is finished for the intended use — softer handle for kurta-pajama cloth, crisper finish for formal shirting.
Approved lots are measured, rolled and packed for wholesale dispatch, ready for pickup or transport to the buyer.
